From a speech at the Second Summit on Science and Technology of the OIC

Azerbaijan resolved the 30-years-long conflict and restored its territorial integrity and historical justice by military-political means. We highly appreciate the resolute stance demonstrated during the war by the OIC. The OIC issued statements supporting Azerbaijan. Particularly, I would like to express my gratitude to Turkey, Pakistan and Afghanistan, which expressed political support to us from the first days of the war.
